Our Infrastructure

We owe a state-of-the-art infrastructure and in-house design unit, which enable us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients. We have our facilities located at Thane in the state of Maharashtra (India). Spread over an area of 5000 square feet, our two manufacturing units are located in and around Mumbai, employing a staff of 100 people. Our units are well equipped with hi-tech machines and are managed by highly talented individuals with in-depth knowledge about the industry. We use technically superior machines to ensure the qualitative production of our range. Our in-house design unit is facilitated with CAD/CAM services that enable us to design our range as per the specifications given by our clients.

Vendor Base

Our vendor makes use of latest technology and advanced machinery during the fabrication process that ensures high quality standard. We procure our range from M/S. Nasse Magnete GMBH - Germany for solenoid systems and armatures and 'JORC- Netherlands for auto drain valves.

LUTHRA PNEUMSYS s has established a Nation wide presence and is planning to now open up a subsidiary in neighboring countries in the year 2014.

Having now expanded to larger diameters of 160mm, Pneumsys aims at catering to requirements of piping having demands in excess of 7000 - 8000 cfm.

Also, with the introduction of Energy Management Services, Pneumsys would add a completely new dimension to the existing portfolio of conducting and training all our people and dealers to conduct energy audit services for compressed air using cutting edge electronic measuring instruments.
